Hello Kamal,
Great to work you on 17meters two nights ago. My second contact with 4S7 ever ! Your signal was quite strong and easy to copy. I look forward to working you again.

Hello Kamal - Nice to work you again! TNX for our recent 17m CW QSO on 26 June 2024 @ 01:53z. You were easy copy with a nice signal on my Hexbeam up at 10m high. Well done with your 4 el yagi and 100w! Our 1st QSO back on 10 Oct 2016 @ 11:45z on 30m CW was quite amazing for me...just an 88' wire doublet up at 13m high using my usual 100w for me (and you using a 2 el Quad beaming LP!). TNX for your commitment to DXing from 4S7-land.!! Perhaps someday you will consider using the log upload services of Club Log, QRZ.com and even LoTW. For now, wishing you and your family the very best!
73 & good DX, Bill W1WBB
Thanks Kamal for 17m CW QSO. Good to hear from you again. Station here is 100 watts to a Hexbeam.

Kamal.....It was such a nice surprise to work you last night on 17 meter CW! It has been many years since I have heard 4S7. I am running 1500 watts but my antenna is not the best. I am using a ground-mounted vertical with no radials. I definitely would like your QSL card as I do not have one for 4S7 on CW. 73...Brad, NG2X
It’s really great to hear Sri Lanka on the HF band on 17m I sure will be listening for you again and Tnxs for the CW QSO
Hello Kamal, I was very excited to work you on FT8 today. Our QSO is the furthest QSO I have made east bound from my QTH. I have a Yaesu FTDX10 that I run barefoot with a Hustler BTV6 vertical. I have the additional 12 and 17m bands as well. Best 73 de Ed K3ENV
Thanks for our 30m FT8 QSO 2024-01-12 12:03:00 UTC
I am looking to build a 100% solar powered station in the UK, for remote operation from Singapore so inspiring to read about your experiences.

Hi Kamel, I was very pleased to work you on 17m cw. My station id a Kenwood TS590 sg and an Ameritron AL 811 at 300 watts. My modest antenna is an 80' long end fed wire hung in some trees about 15 ft.high.
I hope to get your qsl and hopefully a QRZ or lots confirmation. I need that for awards.
It was great receiving your email.

Thank you again Kamal for the QSO today on 17 meters CW…. Very happy that my 100 watt low power station was able to make it all the way to Sri Lanka!!! Running a Kenwood TS590SG into a Greyline Vertical Dipole up 20 feet…. 73!!! And look forward to our next QSO…. Paul - N3FTO
Tnx for FB QSO on 17m CW. Conditions were good, but your signal was exceptionally loud. I use an Elecraft K3 with an Ameriton amp running about 1 kW to a SteppIR DB-18E with 3 elements on 17m. It's up 95'. Hope to cuagn soon. Vy 73, Joe
Thanks for my ATNO and a second on 17 meters CW. My station is very modest. Yeasu FT-857D with no amplifier into a home made EFHW in my tree, mostly vertical. Hope to hear you as my ATNO on SSB someday. 73.
Kamal, thank you for your email. Yes I enjoyed our QSO too. I operate remote using antennas and rigs from Remote Ham Radio.com. They have really good sites all over the US, mainly on the East and West coast. The station I was operating today was their Blueberry Hill site in the Hudson River Valley of New York State. The radio and amp there are Flex equipment to a GXP 11-5 yagi. I was QRO legal limit. 80 feet up. I used to live in a condominium which did not allow any antennas at all so I got into remote operation for most DX. I am now in a new home with much less restrictions but must negotiate antenna ideas with my XYL. I will send you my QSL card.
Thanks for your email,
John Stockman, KC2THY
Thanks for the QSO and email. I now see that I should not send a QSL via the postal system. I checked my log and we have several other QSOs on CW, SSB and FT8. 73!
Saw ur CQ and gave you a call - thanks for 1st time reply 🙂
Using an Icom 7300 with an inv V.about 45ft.
